Tecnate 2015 98SS-A IP

Tecnate 2015 98SS-A IP is an aliphatic prepolymer based on H12MDI and formulated
with PolyTHF® (polymeg). It is designed as an intermediate for the formulation of one
component, moisture-cure polyurethane coatings. This prepolymer offers excellent
UV stability and weather resistance due to its aliphatic backbone, making it ideal for
high-performance coating applications where durability and clarity are critical.
Tecnate 2015 98SS-A IP provides a balanced profile of flexibility, hardness, and
chemical resistance when formulated properly.

Tecnate 785-1

Tecnate 785-1 is a high performance, IPDI-based prepolymer designed for use in
aliphatic polyurea elastomer systems where exceptional UV stability and long-term
durability are critical. This single-component, solvent-free, moisture-cure aliphatic
polyurethane binder also functions effectively as a structural adhesive for bonding
decorative aggregates such as rocks, stones, and other fillers. It forms a tough, flexible
matrix that locks materials in place, preventing movement while maintaining
permeability and a clean, natural appearance. Tecnate 785-1 is ideal for exterior
applications requiring weather resistance, clarity, and non-yellowing performance.

Tecnate EIN 2400

Tecnate EIN 2400 is a polyether-based prepolymer terminated with isophorone
diisocyanate (IPDI). This moisture-reactive prepolymer is designed for use in high
performance moisture-cure polyurethane systems, offering a balance of flexibility,
chemical resistance, and UV stability. Its IPDI termination provides excellent
weathering characteristics, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor
applications where long-term durability and stability are required.

Tecnate EMN 1501

Tecnate EMN 1501 is an aromatic, carbodiimide-modified prepolymer based on 4,4′
methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI). It is specifically formulated for the production
of soft, high-elongation gel-type elastomers. This prepolymer enables the creation of
transparent, flexible materials with hardness values typically in the Shore OOO to
Shore A range. Tecnate EMN 1501 is ideal for applications requiring clarity, softness,
and excellent elasticity, making it suitable for specialty elastomers, cushioning gels,
and other flexible components.

Tecnate EMN 2501

Tecnate EMN 2501 is an MDI-terminated polyurethane prepolymer based on a
propylene glycol polyether polyol. Designed for cast elastomer applications, this
prepolymer produces components with a typical hardness of 85 Shore A when cured
with 1,4-butanediol. Elastomers made from Tecnate EMN 2501 exhibit excellent low
temperature flexibility, high abrasion resistance, outstanding hydrolytic stability, and
high resilience, making them suitable for demanding industrial and performance
applications. Tecnate EMN 2501 can also be formulated with a variety of curatives
to achieve a range of hardness values, allowing for flexibility in product design and
performance tuning.

Tecnate EMN 2502

Tecnate EMN 2502 is an MDI-terminated polyether prepolymer designed to produce
medium-performance polyurethane elastomers. When cured with 1,4-butanediol, it
yields elastomers with a typical hardness of 95 Shore A. Elastomers based on
Tecnate EMN 2502 offer good tensile strength, enhanced tear resistance, and
improved abrasion resistance, making them well-suited for applications that require a
balance of durability and mechanical performance.

Tecnate EMN 3203

Tecnate EMN 3203 is a polyurethane prepolymer based on a blend of 4,4′- and 2,4′
diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). It is specifically formulated for applications that
require higher elongation and flexibility, while still maintaining good mechanical
strength and processing characteristics. Tecnate EMN 3203 is well-suited for use in
elastomer systems where enhanced stretchability, resilience, and toughness are
critical, such as in soft tooling, impact-absorbing components, or flexible molding
compounds.

Tecnate EMN 3301

Tecnate EMN 3301 is a single-component, 100% solids, moisture-cured polyurethane
prepolymer formulated from a blend of 4,4′- and 2,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate
(MDI). This monomeric prepolymer offers reliable reactivity and processing

Tecnate EMN 3302

Tecnate EMN 3304

Tecnate EMN 5101

Tecnate EMP 3201

Tecnate ETN 2100

Tecnate ETN 2100 is a TDI-polyether prepolymer that when cured at 95% theory with
MOCA, yields a 75 Shore D hardness.

Tecnate TMP 3320

Tecnate TMP3320 is a medium NCO prepolymer formulated with PTMEG, 2,4′-MDI,

making it ideal for applications requiring durability and improved safety characteristics

Tecnate TTN 1520

Tecnate TTN 1520 is a prepolymer based on toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and
polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG). When reacted with 4,4′-methylene
(orthochloroaniline) (MOCA), it produces elastomers with a hardness of approximately
83 Shore A. This combination delivers durable, flexible materials suitable for a variety
of industrial applications.

Tecnate TTN 2520

Tecnate TTN 2520 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with MOCA (4,4′-Methylene bis(2-chloroaniline)), it produces
elastomers with a hardness of approximately 95 Shore A. This prepolymer is ideal for
applications requiring tough, resilient polyurethane elastomers with excellent
mechanical properties.

Tecnate TTN 2521

Tecnate TTN 2521 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with 4,4’-methylene-(orthochloroaniline) (MOCA), it produces
elastomers with a hardness of approximately 90 Shore A. This formulation is ideal for
applications requiring durable, flexible polyurethane elastomers with balanced

Tecnate TTN 2522

Tecnate TTN 2522 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with 4,4’-methylenebis-(orthochloroaniline) (MOCA), it
produces elastomers with a hardness of approximately 75 Shore D. This formulation
features low viscosity during curing, making it ideal for processing in applications that
require durable, high-performance polyurethane elastomers with excellent
mechanical properties.

Tecnate TTN 2523

Tecnate TTN 2523 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with MOCA (4,4′-methylene-(orthochloroaniline)), it produces
elastomers with a hardness range of 70–75 Shore D. This prepolymer is ideal for
applications requiring tough, resilient polyurethane elastomers with excellent
mechanical strength.

Tecnate TTN 2727

Tecnate TTN 272 is a hybrid prepolymer based on a blend of 2,4′- and 2,6′-toluene
diisocyanate (TDI) reacted with polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEG) and
polyether. This formulation is designed to produce elastomers with higher hardness
while maintaining high elongation, offering an excellent balance of toughness and
flexibility for demanding applications.

Tecnate YIN 3440

Tecnate YIN 3440 is a viscous polyester-based prepolymer terminated with isophorone
diisocyanate (IPDI). This formulation offers excellent mechanical properties and
chemical resistance, making it ideal for applications requiring durable, high
performance polyurethane materials.

Tecnate YMN 2441

Tecnate YMN 2441 is an MDI-terminated polyester prepolymer designed for molding
high-performance polyurethane elastomer components. When cured with 1,4
butanediol, it produces solid cast elastomers with a hardness around 94 Shore A. This
prepolymer is widely used in manufacturing durable, high-property products such as
forklift tires, sheet goods, wheels, rollers, and seals.

Tecnate YMN 2500

Tecnate YMN 2500 is a high-viscosity prepolymer formulated for use in adhesives and
primers. Its hydrophobic backbone offers enhanced resistance to moisture, providing
improved moisture insensitivity and durability in challenging environments.

TecNate™ EMP 3005

TecNate™ EMP 3005 is a medium NCO carbodiimide-modified methylene diphenyl
diisocyanate (MDI) polyether prepolymer. It is primarily used with various polyol
blends to manufacture highly flexible, two-component sprayable elastomeric coatings
and adhesives, delivering excellent durability and performance.

TecNate™ TTS 2302

TecNate TTS 2302 is a medium NCO prepolymer based on a high content of 2,4-isomer
toluene diisocyanate (TDI) combined with polyether and polytetramethylene ether
