IsoBond MMA 300 Black
IsoBond™ MMA 300 Black is a high-performance, two-part methacrylate structural
adhesive designed for strong, reliable bonding of a variety of substrates, including
fiberglass, steel, aluminum, and many plastics (excluding low-energy surfaces). Mixed
at a 1:1 ratio, it offers a working time of 3 to 6 minutes and achieves nearly 90% of its
ultimate strength within 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature, enabling fast,
efficient assembly. This adhesive provides excellent bonding strength to metals such
as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, typically requiring minimal surface preparation.
While IsoBond™ MMA 300 Black is not UV stable and may yellow over time (making it
unsuitable for invisible seams in countertops) this discoloration does not affect its
outstanding bond performance. IsoBond™ MMA 300 Black also delivers excellent
resistance to hydrocarbons, acids and bases, vinegar, wine, condiments, and most
household foods, ensuring durable bonds in challenging environments. However, it is
susceptible to degradation from polar solvents and very strong acids and bases.
IsoBond MMA 300 White
IsoBond™ MMA 300 White is a two-part methacrylate structural adhesive engineered
for strong, durable bonding across a variety of substrates, including fiberglass, steel,
aluminum, and many plastics (excluding low-energy surfaces). Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, it
offers a working time of 3 to 6 minutes and reaches nearly 90% of its ultimate strength
within 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature, enabling fast, efficient assembly. This
adhesive provides exceptional bond strength to metals such as steel, stainless steel,
and aluminum, typically requiring minimal surface preparation. While IsoBond™ MMA
300 White is not UV stable and will yellow over time (making it unsuitable for invisible
seams in countertops) this discoloration does not impact its superior bond
