IsoBond LMC 12-1

IsoBond LMC 12-1 is a single-component, 100% solids, aromatic moisture-cured
adhesive that forms a tough, durable bond upon exposure to moisture. Designed for
versatility, it bonds a wide range of substrates, such as wood and wood products, FRP
and other plastics, EPS and PU foams, and many primed metals, provided that at least
one substrate allows moisture vapor permeability. With a convenient open time of 10
to 13 minutes, IsoBond LMC 12-1 offers both reliability and ease of use in various
manufacturing and assembly processes.

IsoBond LMC 7-3 Blue

IsoBond LMC 7-3 Blue is a single-component, 100% solids, aromatic moisture-cured
adhesive that delivers a tough, durable bond through moisture activation. Ideal for
bonding a broad range of substrates, including wood and wood products, FRP and
other plastics, EPS, and PU foams, and many primed metals, this adhesive requires at
least one substrate to be permeable to moisture vapor. With a fast open time of
approximately 7 minutes, IsoBond LMC 7-3 Blue is perfect for applications demanding

IsoBond UBN 5122

IsoBond UBN 5122 is a one-component urethane adhesive engineered for structural
bonding applications. Designed as a lower viscosity, faster curing alternative to

IsoBond UBN 5123

IsoBond UBN 5123 is a one-component, moisture cured polyurethane adhesive with

IsoBond UBN 9102

Adhesives 2K

IsoBond HBN 1201

IsoBond HBN 1201 is a UV-stable, two-part adhesive formulated for both indoor and
outdoor applications. This rigid, non-structural adhesive provides reliable bonding for
a wide range of materials, including plastics like Lexan, ABS, and polycarbonate, as
well as polyurethane, urethane foam, glass, primed metals, and concrete. It’s
especially well-suited for securing interlocking components such as trim caps. While it
can bond wood, moisture may affect bond integrity. Designed for precise application,
IsoBond HBN 1201 is dispensed through a static mixer at a 1:1 volume ratio, ensuring
consistent performance every time.

IsoFlush 1000

IsoFlush 1000 is a non-flammable maintenance fluid designed for use before and after

Pour Foam

IsoPour 20C45-1

IsoPour 20C45-1 is a slow reacting, two-component rigid polyurethane foam with low
viscosity and low exotherm, designed for easy mixing by hand or machine. Featuring a
low global warming potential (GWP), this foam offers excellent flow and cavity-filling
capabilities, expanding approximately 32 times its liquid volume. Ideal for void filling,
flotation, cavity insulation, or any application requiring a low-density rigid foam,
IsoPour 20C45-1 delivers reliable performance with environmental consideration.

Prepolymer

Tecnate EMN 2501

Tecnate EMN 2501 is an MDI-terminated polyurethane prepolymer based on a
propylene glycol polyether polyol. Designed for cast elastomer applications, this
prepolymer produces components with a typical hardness of 85 Shore A when cured
with 1,4-butanediol. Elastomers made from Tecnate EMN 2501 exhibit excellent low
temperature flexibility, high abrasion resistance, outstanding hydrolytic stability, and
high resilience, making them suitable for demanding industrial and performance
applications. Tecnate EMN 2501 can also be formulated with a variety of curatives
to achieve a range of hardness values, allowing for flexibility in product design and
performance tuning.

Tecnate EMN 4302

Tecnate EMN 4302 is a modified prepolymer based on 4,4′-MDI (methylene diphenyl
diisocyanate), specially formulated for use in the manufacture of two-component
polyurethane systems. It delivers reliable performance and versatility, making it ideal
for a range of industrial polyurethane applications.

Tecnate EMN 5101

Tecnate EMN 5101 is a modified prepolymer based on 4,4′-MDI (methylene diphenyl
diisocyanate), formulated specifically for use in the manufacture of two-component
polyurethane systems. It delivers consistent performance and versatility, making it
ideal for a wide range of industrial polyurethane applications.

Tecnate TTN 2520

Tecnate TTN 2520 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with MOCA (4,4′-Methylene bis(2-chloroaniline)), it produces
elastomers with a hardness of approximately 95 Shore A. This prepolymer is ideal for
applications requiring tough, resilient polyurethane elastomers with excellent
mechanical properties.

Tecnate TTN 2521

Tecnate TTN 2521 is a TDI-terminated prepolymer based on polytetramethylene glycol
(PTMEG). When cured with 4,4’-methylene-(orthochloroaniline) (MOCA), it produces
elastomers with a hardness of approximately 90 Shore A. This formulation is ideal for
applications requiring durable, flexible polyurethane elastomers with balanced
toughness and resilience.

Primer

IsoBond 41

IsoBond 41 is a versatile, one-part bonding system designed for single-coat
application. It offers strong adhesion for castable polyurethane elastomers and RIM
polyurethanes to a wide range of substrates including mild steel, stainless steel, brass,
aluminum, acrylics, ABS, GRP, epoxies, and concrete at ambient temperatures of 68°F
(20°C) and above. Engineered to bond elastomers curing between 68°F and 194°F
(20–90°C), IsoBond 41 also performs well with higher temperature curing materials.
When combined with IsoCure B as a two-component adhesive, it delivers enhanced
environmental resistance and reliably bonds fusion-bonded epoxies and cured
elastomers such as NR, CR, and PU, making it ideal for demanding industrial
applications.

IsoBond 42

IsoBond 42 is a reliable, one-part bonding system designed for single-coat application.
It provides excellent adhesion for castable polyurethane elastomers and RIM
polyurethanes to a wide range of substrates including mild steel, stainless steel, brass,
aluminum, acrylic plastics, ABS, GRP, epoxies, and concrete at ambient temperatures
of 68°F (20°C) and above. Ideal for versatile industrial bonding needs, IsoBond 42
ensures strong, durable bonds across diverse materials.

IsoPrime CP100

IsoPrime CP100 is a high performance, two-component polyurethane primer system
formulated for concrete substrates. Mixed at a 1:1 volume ratio, it produces bubble
free films on dry surfaces at thicknesses up to 50 mils. IsoPrime CP100 demonstrates
low sensitivity to substrate moisture, resulting in minimal bubbling when applied to
damp concrete.

Reactive Hot Melts

IsoMelt HMPUR 1118

IsoMelt HMPUR 1118 is a moisture curing, hot melt polyurethane adhesive designed
for lamination lines. Applied in molten form and solid at ambient temperatures, it
cures upon exposure to moisture, forming a tough, durable bond. This versatile
adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates such as wood, foams, primed metals, FRP,
and plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a 4-mil thickness, it transfers to the opposing substrate within 1.5
minutes of assembly time before nipping, ensuring efficient and reliable lamination.

IsoMelt HMPUR 47

IsoMelt HMPUR 47 is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive with a short
assembly time. Solid at ambient temperatures, it’s applied in molten form and cures
upon exposure to moisture, creating a tough, durable bond. This versatile adhesive
bonds a wide range of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP, and
plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a 3-mil thickness, it transfers to the opposing substrate within 1 to 2
minutes of assembly time before nipping, ensuring efficient and reliable lamination.

IsoMelt HMPUR 5

IsoMelt HMPUR 5 is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive designed for
long assembly times. Solid at ambient temperatures, it’s applied in molten form and
cures upon exposure to moisture, forming a tough, durable bond. This versatile
adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP,
and plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a 3-mil thickness, it maintains transferability to the opposing substrate
for up to five minutes before nipping, supporting efficient and flexible lamination
processes.

IsoMelt HMPUR 6 HG

IsoMelt HMPUR 6 HG is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive designed
for short assembly times. Solid at ambient temperatures, it is applied in molten form
and cures upon exposure to moisture, forming a tough, durable bond. This versatile
adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP,

IsoCoat HRN 5500

IsoCoat HRN 5500 is a versatile two-component hybrid low-pressure spray coating

IsoCoat HRN 5501 HB

IsoCoat HRN 5501 HB is a high performance, two-component hybrid spray coating
formulated for rapid curing and durability. Applied at a convenient 1:1 volume ratio,
this 100% solids, exothermic polyurea hybrid lining can be built up to any thickness,
typically no less than 40 mils, offering versatile protection and exceptional resilience

IsoCoat HRN 5502 HB

IsoCoat HRN 7006 FR

IsoCoat HRN 7006 FR is a 100% solids, VOC-free, state-of-the-art plural-component
polyurea hybrid elastomeric membrane. This seamless system delivers exceptional
performance by forming a waterproof film that protects the substrate beneath. In
addition to its outstanding physical properties, IsoCoat HRN 7006 FR is ASTM E84 Class
1 rated, offering excellent resistance to flame spread and a low smoke development
index. It withstands extreme mechanical loads, impacts, and high abrasion, while
exhibiting excellent adhesion to both concrete and metal surfaces. This inherently

IsoCoat HRN 7031

IsoCoat URN 5142

IsoCoat URN 5142 is a 100% solids, fast setting, two-component elastomeric
polyurethane coating designed for exceptional performance on both rigid and flexible
substrates. This seamless system delivers an extremely tough, chemical-resistant, and
abrasion-resistant finish, ideal for a wide range of demanding applications.

IsoCoat URP 7011

IsoCoat URP 7011 is a 1:1 by volume, slow curing polyurethane resin designed for
versatility and durability. Suitable for both hand and machine mixing, it cures to a
hard, long lasting coating available in black, gray, yellow, or custom colors. When used
with fiber reinforcement, a minimum thickness of 80 mils is recommended to ensure
optimal performance.

Waterproof Coating

IsoThane 55TC

IsoThane 55TC is very similar to the 54TC. It’s a single-component aliphatic polyurea
coating designed as a seamless topcoat for waterproofing membranes, concrete,
plywood, and other substrates. It boasts excellent color and gloss stability under harsh
UV exposure and provides a tough, water resistant, and chemical resistant finish.
