delivers strong, temperature resistant bonds with excellent flexibility, making it ideal
for applications requiring low viscosity and durable performance.
IsoMelt HMPUR 1112
IsoMelt HMPUR 1112 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive specially
formulated for bookbinding applications. Featuring low viscosity and high flexibility, it
delivers fast green strength development and cures to form strong, temperature
resistant bonds for durable, long lasting performance.
IsoMelt HMPUR 1117
IsoMelt HMPUR 1117 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive designed for
laminating applications that demand a long open time. Once cured, it forms strong,
temperature-resistant bonds, ensuring reliable and durable performance.
IsoMelt HMPUR 1118
IsoMelt HMPUR 1118 is a moisture curing, hot melt polyurethane adhesive designed
for lamination lines. Applied in molten form and solid at ambient temperatures, it
cures upon exposure to moisture, forming a tough, durable bond. This versatile
adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates such as wood, foams, primed metals, FRP,
and plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a 4-mil thickness, it transfers to the opposing substrate within 1.5
minutes of assembly time before nipping, ensuring efficient and reliable lamination.
IsoMelt HMPUR 1119
IsoMelt HMPUR 1119 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive that delivers
rapid initial bond strength, which continues to develop as it cures in the presence of
atmospheric moisture. It forms a durable, cross linked inert structure with exceptional
adhesion to wood and other porous substrates, while offering superior resistance to
extreme temperatures and chemicals. Designed for efficiency, IsoMelt HMPUR 1119
provides excellent initial bonding, significantly reducing downtime and boosting
productivity. Optimal results occur when at least one surface is moisture-permeable;
non-permeable surfaces may require abrasion for improved mechanical adhesion.
Once set, the bond is permanent and can only be removed mechanically, making it
ideal for demanding profile wrap applications.
IsoMelt HMPUR 47
IsoMelt™ HMPUR 47 is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive with a short
assembly time. Solid at ambient temperatures, it’s applied in molten form and cures
upon exposure to moisture, creating a tough, durable bond. This versatile adhesive
bonds a wide range of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP, and
plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a 3-mil thickness, it transfers to the opposing substrate within 1 to 2
minutes of assembly time before nipping, ensuring efficient and reliable lamination.

IsoMelt HMPUR 5 Clear OB
IsoMelt™ HMPUR 5 Clear OB is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive

appeal. Solid at ambient temperatures, it is applied in molten form and cures upon
exposure to moisture, creating a tough, durable bond. This versatile adhesive bonds a
wide variety of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP, and plastics
with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas permeable. At
a 3-mil thickness, it maintains transferability to the opposing substrate for up to five
minutes before nipping, offering flexibility and reliability in lamination processes.
IsoMelt HMPUR 6 HG
IsoMelt HMPUR 6 HG is a moisture curing, hot-melt polyurethane adhesive designed
for short assembly times. Solid at ambient temperatures, it is applied in molten form
and cures upon exposure to moisture, forming a tough, durable bond. This versatile
adhesive bonds a wide range of substrates including wood, foams, primed metals, FRP,
and plastics with Dyne levels above 38 dynes, provided at least one substrate is gas
permeable. At a minimum 3-mil thickness, it transfers to the opposing substrate within
1 to 2 minutes of assembly time before nipping, ensuring efficient and reliable
bonding.
IsoMelt HMPUR N1101
IsoMelt HMPUR N1101 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive that delivers
fast initial bond strength, which continues to build as it cures in the presence of
atmospheric moisture. It forms a durable, cross-linked inert structure, offering
exceptional adhesion across a wide range of substrates while maintaining superior
resistance to extreme temperatures and chemicals. With excellent initial bonding,
IsoMelt HMPUR N1101 significantly reduces downtime, enhancing manufacturing
efficiency and productivity. For optimal results, one of the bonded surfaces should be
permeable to humidity; impermeable surfaces may require pre-misting to ensure
thorough curing. Surfaces with mold release agents should be wiped with isopropyl
alcohol and allowed to dry before application. Once fully set, the bond is permanent
and can only be removed mechanically, not by burning.
IsoMelt HMPUR N1105
IsoMelt HMPUR N1105 is a one-component reactive hot melt adhesive that offers
rapid initial bond strength, reaching 50% of its final hardness within just 10 minutes. It
cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture to form a tough, cross-linked inert
structure with exceptional adhesion across a wide variety of substrates. This adhesive
delivers structural bonds on wood products and provides mechanical strength that
meets or exceeds many common plastics such as acrylic, ABS, and FRP. With
excellent initial bonding, IsoMelt HMPUR N1105 significantly reduces downtime,
boosting manufacturing efficiency and productivity. For optimal performance, one
bonded surface should be permeable to humidity; impermeable surfaces may require
