IsoCast ULS 7014 is an aliphatic, two-component, ultra-low viscosity casting material.
The extremely low viscosity allows for ease of mixing, penetration of porous
substrates, and reproduction of fine detail. Unique properties of this elastomer are its
rapid cure time and a near insensitivity to moisture. This was originally developed as a
patching compound for concrete substrates.

temperature, IsoFill 800DC can be flush shaved after just 20 minutes and ground after

IsoMold CMR 2001 is a two-part polyurethane molding system. IsoMold CMR 2001 is
mixed 1:1 by weight and by volume. IsoMold CMR 2001 cures to a soft (Shore A 20 ± 2),
rubber. IsoMold CMR 2001 was formulated specifically to be used to manufacture
corner molds. It is also suitable when molds of detailed masters that contain some
undercuts are required. Some of the most common uses of IsoMold CMR 2001 are to
make molds for point-of-purchase displays, rapid prototypes, special effects, concrete
casting applications, and sculpture reproductions.

IsoMold CMR 3001 is used to make molds of detailed masters that contain some
undercuts. IsoMold CMR 3001 was specifically designed to be used with pigmented
and non-pigmented concrete. It has excellent release characteristics and durability.
IsoMold CMR 3001 is a two-part polyurethane molding system. IsoMold CMR 3001 is
mixed one-to-one by volume and cures at room temperature. IsoMold CMR 3001
cures to a soft (Shore A30 ± 2), rubber.

IsoMold CMR 5001 UV Gray is a two-part polyurethane molding system mixed 1:1 by
volume or weight and cures at room temperature. It cures to a medium-hard (Shore
A50 ± 2) gray rubber, perfect for creating detailed molds without undercuts. Its
excellent release properties, whether with pigmented or unpigmented concrete, make
it ideal for producing concrete patterns and formliners with precision and durability.

IsoMold CMR 7001 Gray UV is a two-part polyurethane molding system that is mixed
one-to-one by volume and cures at room temperature. IsoMold CMR 7001 Gray UV
contains no fillers and cures to a firm Shore A 70 ± 2 within 48 hours at 23°C. IsoMold
CMR 7001 Gray UV is used to make molds of detailed masters that contain no or
shallow undercuts. It is specifically designed for use in concrete casting applications. It
has excellent release from pigmented or unpigmented concrete.

IsoMold CMR 8001 UV Gray is a two component polyurethane molding system.
IsoMold CMR 8001 UV Gray is mixed one-to-one by volume and cures at room
temperature. IsoMold CMR 8001 UV Gray cures to a hard (shore A 80±2) rubber in 48
hours. IsoMold CMR 8001 UV Gray is used to make molds of detailed masters that
contain some undercuts. It has excellent release characteristics to make molds for
concrete stamp pads, sculpture reproductions, special effects and point-of-purchase
displays.

IsoMold URP 5102 UV is a high performance two-component system engineered for
applications demanding superior mechanical strength and durability. IsoMold URP
5102 UV was enhanced to include UV protection. IsoMold URP 5102 UV is optimized
through ambient curing for 1 hour followed by a post-cure at 180°F for 16 hours. This
system delivers outstanding physical properties tailored to meet rigorous industrial
standards.

SportBond® Track Fix is a solvent-free, two-component polyurea/polyurethane hybrid
